We will not accept damaged/altered item coursed by customer or non factory recommended repairer but customers may negotiate a replacement through take back incentives.
Customer may return item for repairs for an arranged fee or ask about the take back incentives as exchange for other desired items.
We will not refund customers who no longer want an item (eg because it’s the wrong size or colour) as all products are shown to customers before purchase.
